Payments – Postage – Packaging
All our orders are subject to pre-payment via Multi Safety or our Bank Account.
We ship at rates calculated in our webshop. All rates are supplier and country of origin specific and might differ per brand or destination. We try to find the best, fastest and cheapest way to transfer our goods. If you have any specific demands please contact us before you make your order.
Information about postage & packaging:
As soon as your order has been dispatched and handed over to one of our logistics partner you will receive an e-mail with a parcel number. You can track your parcel through one of the following links:

Information regarding Swiss VAT, customs & fees:
Please note that an import sales tax (Swiss Value-Added-Tax) and – if applicable – customs fees are charged on imported goods into Switzerland. It is your responsibility as the buyer to pay this tax and customs fees.
- VAT: we ONLY charge you the net price (see gross price on our website minus 19% German VAT). Swiss customs authority will then upon import charge you 8% Swiss VAT, possibly customs fees and a handling fee (Postvorweisungstaxe). These charges will be billed to you separately by Swiss Customs and will be payable upon delivery. For more information on Swiss VAT, please visit the website of the Swiss Tax Administration.
- Customs fees: the amount depends on the net weight value, the gross weight of the package (including packaging) and the type of goods that you import into Switzerland. - Returns: should you want to return the goods to us, you can claim back any customs fees or Swiss VAT paid at your local customs office. For further information and a calculation examples of customs fees, please consult the official website of the Swiss Customs Service.
- Handling charge / Postvorweisungstaxe: Swiss Post International charges a postal fee of CHF 10 for handling and processing parcels when custom duties or VAT exceeds the amount of CHF 5.
